Surf's Up Beverly location recently opened in September of 2023 and is owned by Eric Glenn, who is owns a real estate appraisal company in Chicago and Felicia Kelley, who was the former owner of Surf's Up Bronzeville location, and they relocated to the Beverly location.  Beverly is an affluent neighborhood on the southwest side of the city of Chicago.
