Surf's Up Lockport is owned and operated by Winton Stacy, who first worked in Surf's Up Oak Park before opening his own location in Romeoville, IL which he later relocated to a larger location in Lockport, IL. Winton has an extensive culinary background and has also owned and operated his own catering company for a number of years.
