Surf's Up Maywood is owned by Dwight Culbreath, who is a successful jewelry store owner and real estate professional.  This restaurant was our first licensed location, and it was opened on July 18, 2014, which makes this our first franchised location.  Surf's Up Maywood is 1200 sf location opened in Maywood, which is a west suburban area of Chicago, IL.
